Masterman Enterprises has been incredibly helpful in creating the histamineintolerance.org.uk website. This has been a particularly difficult project as I, the website owner, had no pre-knowledge about the creation of websites in general nor did I realise how complex this process actually is. Masterman Enterprises kept providing new suggestions and made sure for me to provide him with the materials he needed, especially the text. We discussed colours as well as best format and interface, how to optimise the look and feel of the pages. He also helped to create a system that would keep people interested and make it easy to jump between pages without getting lost in the website itself. He has remained at my disposal to make sure that any changes I wanted were made as soon as possible, and taught me how I could take care of certain text issues myself if I wished to do so. He has also been able to work on the search optimisation in such a way that the website is now in first place when the search term Histamine Intolerance has been inserted. This is all due to the teamwork we have built up over time. I fully trust him to do his work well, however difficult and demanding a client I am, and recommend him to you as a professional Web Developer.

James at Masterman Enterprises took my half built web site and turned it into the way I wanted it to look, overcoming various challenges on the way. We then had a 1:1 session where he patiently and clearly showed me how to make further changes to the site myself and showed me how to write in my blog. This was all recorded in a reference manual for me to take away. When my new HTC phone then had trouble talking to my internet provider, and I couldn't get help from the phone company nor the internet provider, James willingly, patiently and calmly sorted everything out, for which I am extremely grateful. He is a techie who can talk to non-techies in an understandable way, a rare ability in my experience.
